role not provisioned for multiple user request

Hello ,

We are using GRC 10.0 SP13.

There was a GRC request created for 248 users, which has only one role.

The request is approved by Role Owner at last stage of the path, but the role is not provisioned to any of the users.

The audit log says " Role xxx in System xxx is approved for action Assign with validity ***.

The audit log says nothing about the provisioning. There is nothing in SLG1 log a swell.

Instance Status is : Running
Instance Approval Status : Decision Pending
Approvers of Selected Path: EMPTY
Path Status: In Progress

The path and provisioning is working fine for single as well as multiple users (40-50 users).Could you please help me what might be issue here?

Take help of Aabper. and put break point on method " PROVISION" under class "CL_GRAC_PROVISION_ENGINE" Also on msmp retrieve line items.

most importantly the request status should be complete i mean approved, if it stays in decision pending then will not go for provisiong.

Look for details in DBG monitor.
