Role is not getting assigned in Backend system through GRC

Hi All,

We have recently integrated GRC with HANA for user provisioning. We have created a request for user access for HANA system the request has completed but in the audit logs, it shows " XXRole is already assigned to XXUSER in system HANA" and when I check in HANA backend system role is not assigned.

Please confirm if some one had faced this issue before.

Hi Pradeep,

Kindly let us know the GRC version and SP Level.

Try applying the Notes as mentioned in the resolution section of the below KBA and let us know

2461187 - Access requests are not autoprovisioning to HANA system even though audit log and SLG1 log shows provisioning is successful
