Role based firefighter issue

Hi All,

We are currently on GRC 10.1 SP 15. We have configured role based firefighter. The firefighter executes the session and logs out. However, this does not show up in the consolidated log report. As a result, the logs are not sent to the controller for approval.

Hi Praman,

When you log with the Firefighter in the target system, are you executing any transaction and performing any actions? If you have system parameter 4020 "Generate EAM log for Firefighter sessions with no activity" set to NO, the system does generate the log, so the Controller will not receive anything if the Firefighter does not perform any actions.

Hi Pau,

Thank you for your reply. The system parameter 4020 is set to "YES" and I have performed some activity using FF. I am not sure what am I missing.
