Role are not getting assigned after the final approval in GRC request

Hi All,

I have an issue where GRC request has been approved in all three stages for HANA system, but after finishing the last stage role are not getting auto-provisioned for HANA system. In the audit log also there is no error.

I have got similar set up in QA system where roles are getting assigned at the backend without any issues.

Issue in production system ,request audit log.

Request getting processed in QA system without any issue.

Dear Pradeep,

what says SLG1 (application log)? Do you see any issues with provisioning? Did you check the provisioning log?

SLG1 does not show any logs by through which I can analyze the issue
