Risk Owner inbox filled with other risks GRC ARM Request

Hello Experts,

We have implemented SAP Note: 1670504 to introduce Risk owner to approve SOD violations in a GRC AC request which pertains to their own risk ID. The workflow is successfully getting triggered to the risk owners.

The issue is that the risk owner is getting the line items of other risks as well which do not belong to them. For Example: When a request is submitted for 10 new role assignments and if they get 10 different risks, then the entire request is getting routed to all the risk owners. Like below scenario.

Risk Owner1 for RSK1 risk should receive only line items pertaining to RSK1 but the entire request which involves other risk IDs are also getting routed to them. Kindly help if there is any setting missed or any SAP note to correct this scenario. Thank you.
