Risk owner approval issue in GRC 10.1 - SAP Community

Risk owner is able to approve the risk creation access request but getting error after approving.

Error: SOD risk saving error from workflow, Risk id XXXX is currently locked by User XXXX.

Request experts help.below is the instance status screen shot.
