Hi,
When two systems added with multiple roles(risk available) in new user request, the risk mitigator approval goes to wrong approver who are not maintained risk mitigator on that system.
Can some one help why this happen?

Can you provide details on how you are determining the mitigating control owner? Are you using standard or customized agent ?
