We currently assign all our customers with risk categories which outline at what points orders and deliveries fail static credit check. I would like to be able to change the risk categories for specific orders without having to change the risk category on the customer’s account.
For example, we want to allow an order to be released on credit without a delivery check. The risk category assigned in FD32 is one that checks orders at order entry and delivery, which we want to maintain.
Currently, we change the risk cat, in FD32 and reassign the order in VKM1 so it will have the new risk cat, then we go back into FD32 to change the risk cat back to the original risk cat. I am hoping there is a quicker/easier way.
