REXF: User Status Issue on Rental Objects

Hi Experts,

Good Day!

Im a new RE Trainee Consultant. In some instances in which the status becomes "Sold" (from Available, Reserved, Cancelled & Not for Sale) even if there are no active contracts attached to the rental object. We tried to trace it to tables JEST and JCDS but could not pinpoint what caused the changes.

Please help.

Hi Michael, difficult to say what is causing this but it is not standard behaviour. Can you check if an enhancement has been implemented on the RO by checking the BAdI implemenations:

Hi the user status is normally set manually, unless you have implemented a special enhancement that automatically sets the user status. You can check the overview that and look at the change history to who and when this user status value has been updated.

Hi Sir,

In my scenario:

When rental object is changed into status "AVAILABLE" after random 1-4days the Rental Objects automatically changed into SOLD status. Also no other user is allowed to access the Rental Object Status.
