Review booklet tab does not appear on manage kpis and reports app

I would like to create a review booklet according to this blog. However, I do not see a "Review boolket" button above the screen next to "stories". How can I make it appear? Thank you.

Thank you for your answer. I have copied the business catalogue SAP_CORE_BC_EXT_RVB_PC and created a new one. However, I still do not see the button "review booklet". Have you got any ideas on how to solve this? Thank you in advance.
