Just wanted to know if any of you has ever implemented a solution where the dunning reversal run was done on a document level? we are using Dunning by collection strategy and the business requirements are such that we need to reverse the collection step on single documents. we have checked for SAP standard mass reversal FPVC but that happens on header level. Anyone faced similar challenge before? Any ideas for solving this without messing with SAP standard much?
It is always at header level in Dunning reversal process. If you need to change this on Document level, I think the Dunning groups should be changed. This can be achieved using Event 309 for this purpose.
