Revenue recognition via VF44 - is it possible in S4 Hana

Hello Friends,

Can you pls guide if I could use VF44 (Revenue recognition) instead of implementing RAR? The requirement is very simple and is based on time.

We are in S4 HANA 1809 version

VF44 is obsolete and should not be used.

I would encourage to review the steps to get RAR implemented in S/4.
