Revenue recogination in Re-FX

Hi All,

Business Requirement is to create entry as below in Re-FX:

Contract Start date is 01.01.2017 and user wants to post for month of Jan both rents (Jan Rent and Feb Rent as Advance).

1-Posting for Month of Jan ,entry as below:

Customer A/c Dr

To Rent A/c ( Condition-1 for Jan Rent)

To Advance Rent A/c ( Cond-2 for Feb Rent)

2- Posting For Month of Feb, entry as below

Advance Rent A/c Dr ( Cond-2)

To Rent A/c (Cond-1)

Customer A/c Dr

To Advance Rent A/c (cond-2 Rent for March)

Is this possible from RE-FX module.

I guess this is not Possible with REFX Standard Functionality.

First entry must be a Periodic Posting

Customer Dr

Revenue Cr.

Then Your Accrual Starts;

Revenue Dr.

Unearned Revenue Cr.

+

Unearned Dr

Revenue Cr (For the Current Month - P) .
