revenue posting to wbs, taking actual value in negative in S_ALR_87013558

I need your support to know the exact root cause of the following problem.

In the mentioned SAP PS Report S_ALR_87013558 the actual value is coming in negative after the revenue is posted on the WBS.

Whenever the revenue is getting posted on WBS . the report showing negative values screenshot attached.

Your question is not clear, revenue has a normal credit balance, that shows negative.

Hi Vijay,

1. Exclude the revenue from the budget control, so it will not impact your budget consumption.

2. If you need just the costing view for CJI3 create a special layout or selection variant for that.

The system behaves completely standard in your situation.

Dear Paulo,

Revenue should not consume the budget and should not reflect in actual value of the expenses.

I like to know the root cause of this why this report is showing actual in negative.
