Returns and refunds in SAP FICA

Hello Everyone,

Hope you are doing good. This is my first post here, I'm trying to learn SAP FICA. I have few doubts. Can anyone please explain me what is returns and refunds in FICA with an example. Also can anyone please let me know what material/site I can refer to learn SAP FICA.
