Dear Community,
according to SAP Help (https://help.sap.com/docs/CLOUD_TO_CASH_OD/e4aa21cd43494cc1a8a90ea0f3dab8bb/8307fba4fe26424f9159a204ffea67a9.html?locale=en-US), it is possible to "backdate changes to subscription items by a maximum of two years".
However, if i choose "edit items" in the subscription, i can only choose an effective day from today onwards. Days in the past are grey, as you can see on the screenshot.
I have the role ui_subscription_admin_manage and the subscription has no cutover date. How can i make a change in the past?
Thanks a lot in advance!
Best regards
Norbert Sarfi

Hello Norbert,
do you have your subscription profile marked as relevant for replication to S/4HANA Provider Contracts?
If yes, some restriction apply due to the changes that can be handeled in S/4.
More help.sap.com - Integration Guide, chapter "Restrictions in Replicated Subscriptions".
Best regards

Hello Norbert,
Is it possible that your subscription is in status Active and the start date ("Valid From") is today? If yes, this would explain the behavior. You can backdate changes for two years, but these two years have to lie after the start date of the subscription. The start date can only be changed if the subscription is pending or has not started yet.
Hope that helps. If this is not your case, let us know.
We'll also see to add this info about the start date to the documentation.
Kind Regards,
Diana García
