Hello Experts!
We would like to implement restrictions in the Profit Centers - Actuals app to ensure that users can only view data for the company code in which they are employed.
In our setup, we have one profit center assigned to all company codes. However, we want to restrict users so that:
The relevant role for this app is Divisional Accountant.
Is it possible to enforce such restrictions, and if so, what would be the recommended approach?
Thank you in advance for your support!

Hi Gabor5
I'm sharing with you the following blogs of my colleague George Yu regarding restrictions in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
You can find there all the details and information on How to apply the restrictions by object or by apps
Best regards
Edna.

Thank you for the insights. After further investigation, we encountered a limitation when trying to restrict the Profit Centers - Actuals app by company code. Specifically: If we set the restriction to Restricted for a company code, the system cannot access the ledgers, resulting in an empty report.
If we allow access to the ledgers, all company codes become visible, defeating the purpose of the restriction. This behavior is different from how company code restrictions work for other objects, such as Plants, where limitations function correctly. Given this limitation, is there any alternative approach to achieving company code-specific restrictions in Profit Centers - Actuals?
Alternatively, is there another reporting app that provides profit center actuals while allowing company code-based access control? Any insights or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!
