Responsive template changes are not reflected in Chrome

After adding some changes in responsive template to show new section and new fields, they are not shown for some users in Chrome. Clearing browser cache also doesn't help. The changes are only shown the next day. Any ideas?

From our checking, the issue doesn't occur in Edge. Changes are reflected immediately.

Hi ,

Please check for those users what is their user type and that could be the reason

Can you elaborate more on user type checking? Do you mean that user may not have permission to the new fields?

As explained in the post, same user doesn't have issue with Edge. And the issue is also resolved in Chrome after one day. We didn't change user permission during this period.

Hi Hulei,
I wonder than it could be some issue with Chrome browser cache issue for those users.
Can you try again with adding one more custom field now and ask those users to try it see the new custom field in their browser

Thank you for the suggestion. We added a new custom field and it works OK now. The field can be seen in Chrome without clearing cache.

Seems an intermittent issue which is not reproducible for now. Quite strange.

Hi Yogananda,

Thank you. Just to check if there is some way to force the new content to display at user side when we customize responsive template to add new fields.

As the issue may happen sometimes and for some user only, it may bring inconveniences for them.
