Reset/change the NEXDT (next dunning date) in FKKMAKO

Hi everyone,

I'm facing an issue with changing the next dunning date feild in FKKMAKO in case of MOVEOUT happening in between interval of two dunning steps. We follow dunning by collection strategy and the number of days and amount conditions are controlled through BRF plus .I will illustrate with an example.

Dunning step 1 DN 1 day

Dunning step 2 DN2 10 days

On 1st may dunning happened and it reached step DN, now as per the configuration of next dunning interval =10 days for DN2 therefore the next dunning date in FKKMAKO comes to be 13 may. In between this period a moveout happened say on 4th may. The dunning steps for move out are different so after one day when dunning ran it should go to Move out/ final bill steps. But in this case it waits till 12 may to move to next dunning step.

We tried rectifying this by changing the configuration of next dunning interval=1 for DN2, thus the account gets dunned after one day of moveout. But the next dunning date (NEXDT) in FKKMAKO shows as 2nd may. The dunning happens on the right day on 12th may (in normal scenario) as number of days condition is controlled through BRFplus.

The request from client is that they want "Next dunning date" should give the correct date for next step DN2 (13may) and at the same time if a move out happens it should go to next dunning step (Moveout step) without waiting till 13may

Please suggest solutions.
