Request reason/desc. is missing for 1 part. HR trigger request type

Hi All,

SF- HR Trigger- GRC 12 is the set-up

There are 3 types of request: SFCHG, SFTER and SFCHD For SFCHG, and SFTER requests, 'request reason' is populated by default.

But for SFCHD the request reason is not getting populated

SHCHG contains Assign Object as the only Action type

SFCHD contains Chaneguser and Unlock and Assign Object as the action types
