I currently have Firefighter Access Request configured and works perfectly via NWBC.
However we are looking at implementing Fiori and when I test the Access Approver app the approval reaffirm does not seem to work. That is, it does not prompt you to re-enter user id and password which is a mandatory requirement. I can click OK and the request is approved.
