Request for authorization to cancel document number XXXXXXX is not allowed

Dear Jedi's

Could you help me with a problem in DEV and PRD?

This is the scenario:

An a SD order and NF-e. I decided to choose every reasons for cancellation or Skipping

But, i always get this error:

The same is happening in DEV and PRD ( No tested IN QAS ).

One case is nota writer, and another is SD-NF-e.

In GRC i have this error:

' Erro de validação: campo NFREF[1]-REFNF_MOD: Model of Nota Fiscal. Conteúdo inválido (00)'

Para o erro:

A nota sap 2596828 - NFREF - REFNF_MOD or REFNFP_MOD filled incorrectly e 2596829 - Pre-requisite Objects for Note 2596828 corrigiram o problema.

Ainda persiste erro em cancelar rejeitar nota.
