Hello,

We would like to request assistance regarding the Actual Report for the existing WBS elements in the system. We have searched for a standard report that would allow us to extract this information but were unable to find one.  I would like to provide additional information regarding what we would like to see in the system:

The structure is based on the S_ALR_87013542 T-code. This report, following a drill-down logic, presents actual values for revenue, COGS, and investments on a location basis. At the same time, it also allows us to view individual detailed data for the specific GL accounts we require. I attached a new attachment. We want to get this kind of a report on Public Cloud S4HANA system.

Could you please advise if such a report exists, or provide guidance on how we can retrieve it?

Best Regards

Hello @SudeCeper

Try reviewing these references for more detail.

Custom Analytical Queries

To summarise, the classic on-premise report is not available in public cloud. This is because traditional GUI transaction codes have been replaced with the Fiori apps and CDS-based analytical reports.

In public cloud you can do the following in regards to your use case:

  • Generate project actuals and financial reports through the Project actuals Fiori app.
  • You can display the commercial view of your project reports, measuring your plan vs. actuals using the app.
  • You can display actual line items by drilling down to individual postings at WBS level.
  • You can generate aggregated and detailed project cost report at WBS level.
  • Finally, you can create your own custom analytical query on top of released CDS views.

I hope this provides the desired insight. Happy to answer any further questions.

Best regards

Chris
