Report Painter (FMRBCS) add new characteristic not working

I create custom report for library 4FM and add new field in structure FMRBCS and obtain the field in GRCT table

Field: BLART
Description: Document type

When I add the characteristic in column system not showing any value

Could you please help in that

I doubt if you could add BLART to FM reports by simply adding characteristic to reporting tables.

Thanks for answering, I try to implement same in note 2631989, but ABAPER inform me we don't have program exit as per mentioned note.

if you can guid me what steps required to add new feilds in the structuer

2631989 is just a generic note for adding a characteristic. In FM tables, BLART doesn't exist; therefore, I doubt that you can add it to 4FM

I guess you should use Additional structure with a specific filler routine in GRCT transaction.

Yes I think it's possible to create through additional structure

But required to create a new custom program for stander and steps required to create new library, i think time it will take long time for that, because stander prgram dosn't contain any exit

Yes, I'm afraid you can't build such a report it with ReportWriter, as I mentioned above.
