Report of YCOA accounting accounts against alternative mapped accounts

Hello, SAP friends:

I'm trying to get a report showing the YCOA accounting accounts and the alternative accounts that those companies have mapped, but I can't get it.

I will comment in more detail with a concrete example.

I have this YCOA account: 6023000000

If I go inside and go to the Company Code Assignment section, I have an alternative accounting account (from a local chart of accounts) mapped to a specific company.

So, with this mapping what I want is to be able to see it in a table like the initial one. For example, adding the alternative account column to see this mapping.

6023000000 VS 0060221000

Would it be possible to do that in SAP?

In your "manage gl account master data" app go to settings tab and add 'company code' and 'alternative account number'. This should resolve your issue.

Yes, this mapping is fully supported in Public Cloud. You can maintain an alternative account (e.g., 0060221000) for each company code under the Company Code Assignment section of the Manage G/L Account Master Data app. This allows you to align group-level G/L accounts (e.g., 6023000000) with local chart of account requirements, which is a standard practice for parallel reporting.

Important to know,

• The mapping is done manually per company code.
• There is no standard report that displays all YCOA accounts alongside their mapped alternative accounts across companies.
• If you need a consolidated report, this can be achieved by building a Custom CDS View or Custom Analytical Query, depending on your active extensibility options.
