I wonder: what report, program, or table can get this information (FIELD with the description of Note)?

I tried the REISCDCF transactions, REISCDCN and did not find this field.

Hi Andre,

This text is visible in Conditions header table.

As this text is condition specific of an individual contract, the text will be available in the header table of condition after passing contract no and condition GUID in selection criteria.
