REPORT MODULE SCHEDULER

In Report modules which are under the General Tab, I tried to schedule an event to send reports using the scheduler option, but I didn't receive any emails to the Provided Email ID.
I'm using Quote 2.0

We tried this in Quote 1.0, and after some tweaking, we finally got emails to come in, but instead of daily or weekly (as scheduled), they started coming in every minute (or every few seconds). We did not investigate further, but the response from SAP (or maybe it was still Callidus at the time) was that this is outdated and unsupported functionality and instead of fixing it, they're coming up with a whole new better solution. That was a long time ago. So if you ever figure out how to tweak it just right to make it work, please share.
