Report/Metric for GRC Access Requests by approver status user

I am looking for a report or table(s) I can use to create metric of outstanding approval workflows by approver, status, and grc#. I want to be able to identify bottlenecks and actual status of approvals. Not just a GRC is still open. I want to report that 10 grc are open with these roles left to approve by these approvers? Similarly would want to be able to do the same for risk owners instead of approvers. A combination of reports and vlookups is fine if no report exists in the GRC. We are on GRC 11.

Hi Adrien,

Just checking can you not leverage the standard report that's available in the Reports and Analytics(Tab)

NWBC==> Reports and Analytics ==> Service Level for Requests

We will definitely check into this. Right now the only process defined for us is UAR. What I am looking at is for provisioning. Thanks for the suggestion.

Hi Adrien,

As you have all required tables in the link shared, you can take help of your ABAPer in getting the report developed. I have got something done similar for one of clients for churning out the reports easily.

That is good help. I think all the data is there but I am not seeing how to link the different tables together. Maybe I missed something. Any other help much appreciated.
