Report for Budget / forecast / actual data / variance

Our client uploads budget data with transaction GLPLUP and the data is available when we run transaction GP12N

Now client's requirement is to have report which gives output with Budget / forecast / actual data / Variance

Is there any standard SAP report available which provides above values?
