Replication of Provider Contracts from Subscription Billing (Scop Item 57Z)

Hi all, has anyone experience in the intergation scenario of Subscription Billing with Sales Billing (57Z)? We set up everything and it works fine so far - but not the replication of provider contracts, after a new subsription was created. In Subscription billing tenant we do also see the number of the provider contract but if I click on it, the system jumps into S/4HANA Public Cloud tenant and brings the error message that there is no provider contract.

Before you start with 57Z execution, you must ensure that the number range is created and assigned to configure sender.

Hi Daiana,

I already have maintained that. But maybe there is a problem in the sender name… Which value do I have to use in field ‚Sender‘ because in the description is mentioned or suggested to use value „AB“ or „ZB“. Is it maybe possible that we have to enter the technical system name/Id of subscription billing tenant?

Define Number Range (example):

Configure Sender (example):

For field Sender you can enter a free text, as mentioned in the set-up instructions. For Sender Name you need to use SAP Subscription Billing.

There are also other important settings related to provider contract on the set-up instructions document:
