Replace and forward pending logs to a new FF Controller

Hi,

When we need to move all the pending logs from Controller A to Controller B, is possible to do Mass forward being an administrator ?

if Controller A left the company how we can replace controller A to Controller B?

Through Mass FF update, if we change controller, will all the pending logs from old controller be forwarded to new controller?

Hi Tireesha,

You have to set delegated approver for Controller A as Controller B for certain duration. This way Controller B can review and complete outstanding requests of Controller A.

Another important point to note: Generally clearing all pending work items should be one of the activities which should be part of EXIT checklist when someone is leaving organization or changing department or appointment to avoid these kind of situations.
