Reopen previous step in BPC BPF

Hello

We have created BPF template in BPC which has 2 steps:

Step 1: Enter provision (Initiator -> Reviewer)

Step 2: Confirm Provision(Reviewer -> Approver)

When approver rejects Step 2 activity, Step 2 activity is available in Reviewer's login but Step 1 is still appearing as confirmed. Can Step 1 activity be reopened if Approver rejects Step 2 ? If Step 2 is rejected , Step 1 should also be given an option to reopen. Currently it shows completed
