Rental Space Creation and assignment to Usage View and architectural View

Hi Experts,

system have architecture view and usage View

i maintained architecture view initially and assigning the AO while creating the Usage Object which was working fine in every hierarchy except Rental space.

in architectural View, i considered floor as pooled space and which is assigned to Usage view Pooled space

then i will create Rental space from Floor in Architectural View and trying to assign the same to Usage view rental space but showing the attached error message. could you please help me resolve the issue

Diagnosis

Rental space RO ROM0/00009001/<NEW 02> is assigned in period From 01.04.2018 to architectural object AO CGJ/C-D1/A-BU01/0002-RS02. The pooled space related to the rental space must also be assigned to the same architectural object. You have not yet done this.

Procedure

Assign the corresponding pooled space to the architectural object AO CGJ/C-D1/A-BU01/0002-RS02.
