Hello all,
I do have contract which stated 2 different renewal with my tenant. 1st renewal will occur unless my tenant sends a letter to notice the contract. 2nd renewal will occur only if my tenant send me a letter to renew the contract.
To manage this on my contract, I've setup 2 renewal: 1st one is automatic and the 2nd one is optional .

Unfortunately, once I save my contract, even if I've setup sequence 1 & 2 correctly, SAP takes the option 1st with then wrong next contract end date, wrong duration...
After a deeper look in custo, I found following statement: You can define both variants of renewal rules on one contract, for example two options and a renewal. In such cases, the options always take precedence over the renewal.
But then, it means my case will always be not correct unless I switch to 2 automatic rules (as the 1st is already in force, I cannot switch it back to optional and approve it).
Any idea/advice/workaround for such a case?
