Remove Zero values in Input Template

Hi All,

I have a requirement for an input schedule in BPC 10, now I need to remove Zeros in Input schedule. I have enabled "remove empty" option in Report Editor.But Still Zero values appear in input form. Please help me to achieve this issue

If you want to remove zero's shown on the base members you can try to run light optimization with zero elimination (please search forum about it)

Hello Mahesh,

you can do by using standard excel function.

Go to Excel --> options --> advanced options --> Dispaly options for this work sheet.

disable show a zero in cells that have zero value.

and then save the layout in the server root folder, who ever working on this layout it will not show zero's in the layout.

After running light optimization once again user made some values to zero then once again you need to run light optimization, otherwise you need to automate the process.Even though if you automate the process while running the light optimization user not able to plan, reason it will switch the loading mode.

Hi Mahesh,

REMOVE EMPTY will work if the entire row/column is empty. This will not work even if one cell in row/column have some data. This option consider ZERO as data.

REMOVE EMPTY & ZERO VALUES will remove empty and zero values.
