After the automatic payment run, the PDF file remittance advice for the supplier was sent to the customer clerk's internet address, but it should have gone to the supplier clerk's internet address. Here, the supplier and customer master are the same (e.g., 30001) in S4 Public Cloud.
The remittance advice document includes one KG (vendor credit memo) document type and seven KR (vendor invoice) document types. What could be the cause of this? Before this, such an occurrence never happened, and at those times, only the KR (vendor invoice) document type was posted.
This is the first time that a KG document has appeared in the payment run.
Please help me with this case.

Hi Tazammul,
Thank you for your question. Based on your description, it seems the issue may arise if the customer information in the payment data is not initialized.
Currently, the default logic for determining the email address for payment advice depends on the role settings defined in the business rules within Output Parameter Determination. If the supplier information in the payment details is not initial (i.e., not empty), the receiver's role is designated as H (supplier), and the system fetches the email address from the supplier master data. Similarly, if the customer information is not initial, the system retrieves the email address from the customer master data.
I hope this clarifies the issue for you. Additionally, you can use the "Addition of Email Recipients" Business Add-In (BAdI) to implement custom logic, which enables the payment advice output to be sent to multiple email addresses, including 'TO' and 'CC' recipients. For more detailed information, please refer to the documentation on the SAP Help Portal.
Kind Regards,
Sharon
