Hello,

I have got the below requirement from business.

In the Release blocked documents , how to filter the documents based on the partner.

Example

SPL screening for Partner ABC - 100 documents

SPL screening for Partner XYZ - 100 documents

All 200 documents are mixed and business want to filter based on single partner and wants to clear at a time.

Is there any chance that we can pull based on Partner.Kindly suggest .

Hi Diwakar,

The selection screen includes restriction by Document Number, and the Search Help includes the ability to select documents by Business Partner. So you should be able to use the "multiple selection" function to find and therefore select all documents for a particular Partner.
