I'm facing a problem in understanding the functionality of regional structure in isu. Please, can someone explain to me what is the difference between postal and political regional structure?

Can you be more specific with your question.

Regional structure is all about geographical locations such as - Postal code, City, Street, Portions, MRU's, etc..
