Region mandatory for Indian customers

Dear All,

I am creating a customer in Dubai, but it's giving me an error of STATE OR REGION IS MANDATORY FOR INDIAN CUSTOMERS. my company code is based in UAE, AE, and all vendors, and the company is also UAE based, but i don't know why it's asking me such msgs.

I have also created my own region in Dubai, but it's not accepting. also attaching all steps preformed pics.

Hello Hafiz,

thank you for the screen shots about the issue. For me it looks like a very dynamically error message with message class 00 and message number 001. Could it be possible that the error message is raised in a customer enhancement? Could you please check it together with your basis colleagues resp. implementation partner? I think a debugging session could be useful to find out the root cause.
