REFX repeate invoice printing

Hi All,

Sometimes my customer wants to repeat lease out invoices print. How can we ensure that a repeat print prints the original data and that the print out is not rebuilt.

Does someone know, how to handle this with sap re-fx. Or isn't this possible so that we've to archive the prints and then to print the archived prints.

Thank you for your answer.

The point is, that if we change f.e. the name of the recipient of the invoice this changing is seen in the invoice print although the change was done a f t e r the creating of the invoice (I’ve selected the invoices in the overviews tab of recn).

How can we know which fields are selected of the actual data and which of the data when the invoice was created?

Hi Ursula,

If you run the RERAIV & RECPA520, then it will show/print the original data always.

There should be no doubt.

Can you explain your query more.
