REFX : how to send reminder mail to tenant for payment before due date.

Dear Experts,

My client want  to send reminder mails to tenants for rental payments before due date, aiming to reduce the work of dunning.

Is there any way we can send reminders before due date through REFX.

The information is worth reading.

Dunning can be used in case of outstanding payments.

But, want to add little more,

the requirement is like banks - who sent us reminder for payments through SMS or mail. example: if tenants rent payment date is 30th of month, how can i send payment reminders to him on 25th of same month ie. before due date.

It would be great help,if you could provide some documentation.

Hi,

Please note that Dunning can be also used to send reminders prior to the Due date.
You need to enter the days in negative format while configuring the dunning procedure.

Eg. if you want to send the dunning notice for Level-1 5 days before the actual due date, then you need to enter " 5- " in the Arrears field for Dunning Level 1.

So, your requirement can be easily fulfilled from the standard system.
