Reference Key 3 issue

Hello Expert,

I am facing one issue in Reference Key 3 field.

Recently we have implemented GST and in Reference Key 3 field HSN code should be substituted as per new substitution rule which i have created.

But while doing MIRO when i see the accounting document HSN code is not properly reflecting in Reference Key 3 field ,suppose total i have 5 line items in which reference key should be populating but in only 3 line items are working fine rest 2 line items system is not picking the HSN code.

Hints : - In line items 5 & 6 where HSN code is not picking ,instead of that system is picking material document no.which can be seen in PO history.

In my case system is picking 201750002197640004 instead of HSN code which is 2017 is FY and 5000219764 is material document no.

But not able to understand why HSC code is not reflecting here.
