reduce excel file report

Hi All,

I used bpc 10 nw excel sp 25. I build simple report, which is one worksheet have 3 report ID. Those report is only retrieve account list and no transaction data. While I saved it into local PC, file size is 99 MB. My file type is .XLSM, because I have vba script.

My question is: I updated this report, I was getting file size to be more than 99MB, I did not have transaction data in file. How to reduce file size?

"Those report is only retrieve account list and no transaction data" - EPM reports always retrieve transaction data (even empty data).

I don't think it's possible to reduce file size.
