Recon Key is deleting automatically

Hello guys,

The scenario is that

Step 1:

Create recon key, it is been displayed in FPF3

Step 2 :

We have a Z-Program of penalty run for late payment for which we have selection screen in which we should enter the recon key, business partner, contract account and due date and then execute the program.

All the documents for which late payment charges are applied are posted.

Problem

The problem is that while executing the program recon key is been deleted but we are not knowing the reason why it is happening like that.
