RECN - Unlock Account Assignment not possible

Dear all!

We set the status of a contract to Lock Account Assignment. When trying to Unlock, the option is not available (greyed out). In the list of business processes (display status) shows green for Unlock assignment.

Can anyone help me why we can't unlock?

Hello Andre,

thank you for your answer. This is the function which was not available.

In the meanwhile we found out, that a BADI-implementation was the reason. After changing the BADI the unlock is available and it works.
