Reason for Request in FIORI screen for GRC Access Request

Dear Members,

Can some one explain where should we maintain / define the reason of request which can be used in FIORI apps for access request(see attached screen). We tried to maintain it under simplified access request section in spro but it did not work.

Hi Atif,

Request reasons are retrieved from the following configuration in FIORI.

Please maintain the request reasons in GRC system SPRO in the following path .

GRC -> Access Control -> User Provisioning -> Simplified Access Request -> Maintain Request reasons
