Reason for Item is not relevant for Checking

Hello GTS Guru,

I am facing one weird issue since yesterday. When we create any document is ECC, GTS system creates a Customs document but when we check the log we get message that '' This item is not relevant for checking''. I checked all required config like Document type/Item category mapping and other General settings Seems correct. Legal Regulation is also activated based on country of departure/destination. Document is also not technically incompleted.

But not sure who changed what ? This seems a very basic question but i am unable to find anything which can cause this issue

can any of you help me on this? This is GTS IDES system which was working till day before yesterday.

Issue got resolved. It was some code issue. Someone had disturbed the standard code.

Hi Nikhil,

That's your answer then. Completed items will not be checked because it is "complete" hence it is not relevant for checking.

Hi Nikhil,

Check if the sales order item is rejected in ECC. Also possible the line item is "complete".
