Real Estate Sales Process

Dear Experts,

I've business scenario in Real Estate Industry.

Have two kind of Business Process

1. Building Sales
2. Building Rental

1. Building Sales: How to map Sales Process, Suppose I create a Building as Material and can it be Sale out, but due to multiple billing plan haw it can be cover.When I am using Milestone Billing Plan as per WBS then that billing plan can be trigger as per usage completion. but when they have another billing Plan Like Down Payment Plan & Felix Plan, in that case not able to use billing proper billing.

Please suggest how it can be done.

2. Building Rental: This process can be map by rental process, I am able to map this.
