Real Estate Mobile app not displaying images

Hi there

We have successfully installed the SAP Real Estate Broker mobile application...

...but cannot get the images to display.

We have

- Uploaded various formats (JPEG, BMP, PNG, etc.) and sizes

- Uploaded all the various types (Floorplans, gallery and thumbnails)

- Against all the object types ("developments", "properties" and rental objects) with no success.

Is there anything we are missing?

Are there any specs for the images recommended for uploading?

The images in the screenshot seem to be a default stock image provided by the application rather than from the master data images on the server.
