Real Estate Customer / Vendor Contract

Dears,

Kindly I have the below requirements to create a real estate contract for a customer but I need to add the sales person as a vendor as he takes a percentage from the contract

Kindly please advice with the steps to do this scenario if its applicable

Dear Allaa,

the real estate contract is either a lease-out or a lease-in. So if you have a lease-out contract with customer you cannot have vendor postings for this contract at the same time.

As an alternative you might consider to use a customer account for the sales persons instead to post the percentage that he takes or you use two contracts one for the customer postings and one for the vendor postings.
